Requirements DPSA Learnerships Programme 2021
Applications are accepted yearly for a selection of Learnerships to fill opening that may arise within all sectors of Government.
Individuals who intend to apply for an Learnership with this Government Department will need to meet all requirements as stipulated. Each field will have a variety of requirements, however, many of them will be the same.
Candidates will also be required to have the following:
- Aged between 18 and 35
- A South African citizen
- Have a valid ID book or card
- A valid Grade 12 certification
- A Diploma or Degree in the field of application
- Be able to work independently
- Be able to work in a team and as an individual
- Be ready to learn
Candidates must also provide a detailed curriculum vitae, references and a motivational letter with their application, as well as certified copies of all above-mentioned documentation, and any other as is stipulated by the Department.

DPSA Learnerships 2021 Closing Dates
Closing dates for new applications are usually based on the Learnership opportunity available. Learnerships are also sometimes released on weekly basis.
Candidates must ensure all documentation is certified and the application form is fully completed, and signed by the applicant.
The candidates who are selected for the shortlist may also be asked to attend an interview. Their documentation will be verified and checked. If you have not had any contact within a 3 month period after the closing of applications, please deem your application as being unsuccessful
