Statistics South Africa Internship Programme 2018, Statistics South Africa is the national statistical service of South Africa, with the goal of producing timely, accurate, and official statistics in order to advance economic growth, development, and democracy.

Stats SA provides internship in the following fields of study for 2018. People with disabilities are encouraged to apply.

To qualify for the internship programme, you must:

be an unemployed South African graduate aged between 20–30 years;
have completed a degree/ national diploma (NQF 6) or Honours degree or a Master degree in the under mentioned fields of study from accreditedinstitutions of higher learning and
not have previously participated in an internship in the public service

● A three-year tertiary qualification (NQF 6) in the above-mentioned fields.

● It is the applicant’s responsibility to have a foreign qualification evaluated by SAQA
