Successful candidates will undergo an intensive, structured 24 months engineer in training development program under the supervision of professionals. The program is designed to enable the graduates to acquire knowledge and develop skills in a heavy engineering plant in the mineral processing industry with regards to Metallurgy Engineering studies. To be considered for these 2 years fixed term contract positions, candidates need to have a minimum of a recently completed relevant Bachelors’ degree in the fields of Metallurgy / Industrial / Mechanical / Electrical Engineering and BIS.
