Duties:
Buying tasks
Liaise with the internal and external vendors to ensure best practice for the procurement of materials Raise purchase orders.
Administrative responsibilities
Resolve purchase order/invoice queries. Carry out general administrative responsibilities within the department Implement, monitor, and update procurement schedule
Requirements:
- Grade 12 or Abet Level 4
- Basic computer literacy
- Good communication , verbal and written skills
- Numerical, analytical, and interpretive ability
- Attention to detail
